Before

Off-the-shelf ERPs forced solar workflows into generic manufacturing templates — or demanded prohibitively expensive customization. Field technicians worked offline; office and executive teams worked online; the data didn't flow between them. No commercial system modeled the 20–25 year lifecycle of solar assets. Compliance reporting was a manual, reactive scramble every quarter.

What we did

Designed and built a purpose-built solar ERP with API-first architecture and clean separation of data, business logic, and presentation. Asset-lifecycle management for full 25-year horizons. Offline-first mobile app with sync queue for field crews. SCADA and IoT sensor integration. Event-driven compliance workflows. Role-based access for field, office, and executive tiers.

After

Live production system spanning the full 25-year asset lifecycle. Field operations run offline without data loss and sync automatically when connectivity returns. Compliance is now event-driven instead of quarterly fire-drills. Maintenance shifted from reactive to proactive — the system flags degradation before failure.

Real-Time Logistics Platform

Before

Dispatchers managing 50–100 deliveries per shift were drowning in stale data. The platform polled every few minutes, creating dangerous lag between real-world events and system awareness. SLA violations were investigated after the fact, not prevented. Disruptions required manual intervention every time.

What we did

Re-architected the platform around pure event-driven streaming. Every state change — vehicle position, delivery status, route disruption — propagates instantly through a central event bus. Built a constraint-based route optimizer (delivery windows, capacity, traffic, driver hours), a WebSocket-powered command center with alert prioritization, and one-click route override with impact preview.

After

Sub-second fleet state updates across 200+ vehicles. Polling lag eliminated entirely. SLA violations are now prevented proactively. GPS signal loss is handled gracefully with uncertainty indicators rather than blank gaps. Every incident is fully reconstructable post-hoc.

Multi-Tenant SaaS Platform

Before

Real-estate development firms ran on fragmented workflows: project financing in spreadsheets, HR on legacy systems, governance in email chains. No unified platform spanned land acquisition through project delivery. Multi-tenant tooling that didn't leak data between developers was prohibitively expensive — so most just used spreadsheets.

What we did

Designed and built DevOS — a multi-tenant SaaS platform unifying finance, HR, governance, and operations. Modular monolith with domain-driven design and strict bounded contexts per module. Schema-per-tenant PostgreSQL for isolation, with row-level security as fallback. JWT auth, centralized API gateway with rate limiting, event-driven cross-domain coordination, and tenant-branded dashboards with role-aware navigation.

After

Real-estate firms now operate from a single platform — land acquisition through delivery. Context-switching across 4–6 systems eliminated. New tenant clients become production-ready in minutes instead of days. Schema-per-tenant delivers 95% of the safety of full database isolation at 20% of the cost.
