How quickly will I get a response?
- Within one business day, every time. If your submission lands on a weekend or Nigerian public holiday, we respond first thing the next business morning. Urgent items can reach us directly at concierge@baxterandthird.com.

What information should I include in the form?
- The more concrete, the better. Tell us what is breaking (a process, a system, a metric), what you have already tried, and what success looks like in 90 days. If you would rather not detail it in writing, a one-line "we need to talk about X" works — we will pick it up on the call.

Is the first call free?
- Yes. The first 30-minute strategy session is free and runs as a working call — we map your situation, point at the highest-leverage fix, and tell you honestly whether we are the right team. No deck, no pitch, no follow-up sales sequence.

Do you sign NDAs before the discovery call?
- Routinely. Send yours over with the inbound, or use ours. We will execute before the call so you can share the operational details we need to give you useful guidance.

What if my project is not a fit?
- We say so on the first call and point you somewhere better suited — usually a specialist firm, a product vendor, or an in-house hire. About a quarter of our discovery calls end with a referral rather than a proposal. That is the system working as designed.
